Behavioral data engineering is our craft, and this website runs the same instrumentation we build for clients.

Your mobile number and opt-in status are shared only with our texting service provider, solely to deliver the messages you requested, and with no other parties. Webclat sends text messages - booking reminders and consultation updates - to people who opt in through the form on webclat.com/cooperate.
You opt in by checking the optional SMS checkbox when submitting that form. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Webclat.

11. Client Data Handling
Data collected on this website is distinct from data we process for clients. When engaged as data engineers, we act entirely as a Data Processor (GDPR) or Service Provider (CCPA): our clients remain the Data Controllers, and we design their pipelines for consent-aware, auditable architectures. Client data is never commingled or used for Webclat's own purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and - under GDPR - the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
